1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you download, access, or use the PureClean AI app or website. By using PureClean, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What PureClean does

PureClean is an iPhone utility that helps you review and manage items such as duplicate or similar photos, large videos, and duplicate contacts. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the app evolves.

PureClean's matches, quality suggestions, and storage estimates are tools to support your decision. They are not guarantees that two files are identical, that a suggested photo is the best one, or that a stated amount of storage will become immediately available.

3. Permissions and device access

You decide whether to give PureClean access to Photos, Contacts, and other iOS features. The app cannot perform a task that requires access you have not granted. You may change permissions in iOS Settings, although doing so may limit functionality.

You are responsible for having the right to manage content and contacts on the device where you use PureClean.

4. Review, deletion, and backups

You are responsible for reviewing selected items before approving an action. PureClean is designed to show suggestions before deletion and iOS normally presents a system confirmation, but you should still check important files and maintain appropriate backups.

Removed photos and videos may be moved to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album. Recovery and permanent deletion are controlled by iOS and your Apple settings, not by PureClean. Contact changes may not have the same recovery options.

5. Free and paid features

PureClean may offer optional subscriptions, one-time purchases, trials, or promotional access. The price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase control your transaction.

Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests. Subscriptions generally renew unless canceled through your Apple account before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. We do not control Apple's billing systems or refund decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, distribute malicious code, use automated systems to overload the website, or use PureClean in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

7. Ownership

PureClean, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, contacts, and other content on your device.

8. Updates and availability

We may release fixes, security updates, and feature changes. Some functionality can depend on your device, iOS version, Apple services, permissions, available storage, or purchase status. We do not promise that every feature will always be available on every device.

We may suspend or discontinue the service where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the service and delete the app at any time.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, PureClean is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to identify every duplicate, similar item, or contact issue. You should independently review important content before making changes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Apple App Store terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and any applicable Apple standard end user license terms. Apple is not responsible for providing support for PureClean. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the applicable App Store terms control.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app, our business, or legal requirements. The latest version and update date will be posted on this page. Continuing to use PureClean after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date.
